I've been taking P-Balance cream for several months and I've noticed I no longer have hot flashes or night sweats.  I use 1 pump at night before bed, and it helps me feel calm.  I also fall asleep faster than I did before.  It is a very light cream, is easily absorbed into my skin, and doesn't feel greasy at all. I have tried three other creams purchased from the health food store, and I prefer P-Balance.   I recommend this product to help balance menopausal symptoms.

This product has made a big difference in my health!  It has stopped my hair falling out in clumps, my depression is completely gone, and my cycles are regular again.  I like the pump it's in and the smell is nice as well.

I've always used progesterone cream, but at Dorine, my nutritionist, suggestion I switched to this brand. I love that one pump gives me the exact dose that I need. It has a light fragrance of suntan lotion which makes me feel like I'm on vacation! I also love how soft if makes my skin without being greasy.  This is my forever brand now.
