OsteoForte is a technologically advanced nutritional supplement drink mix designed for optimum bone support.  In addition to the well-known nutrients for bone health including Calcium, Magnesium, and Vitamin D, OsteoForte has been scientifically formulated with an all-star blend additional nutrient that helps build the bone matrix:

Vitamin K is the biological "glue" that bonds Calcium to the bone matrix.

Strontium is a strong mineral that adds strength to the bones and draws in extra calcium into the bone matrix.

Collagen is a structural protein that provides tensile strength to the bones.

Suggested Adult Use:  Mix 2 scoops in 4-6 ounces of cold water.  Mix or shake well and drink immediately.  The minerals in OsteoForte tend to settle when mixed in liquids.  Therefore, you can remix OsteoForte as needed to avoid it from settling to the bottom of your glass.  Take 1 serving daily, or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Store in a dry, cool place.

I have been taking this product for about 6 months and I have fingernails for the first time in my life.  I believe it is a great way to absorb the minerals you need with the calcium.
