There are two active ingredients: estriol and estradiol. Each pump contains approximately 1.0 mg of combined bio-identical human estrogens. 80% (or 0.8 mg) is estriol and 20% (0.2 mg) is estradiol. Estradiol is several times more potent than estriol.

Apply two pumps to a clean, dry area of skin at bedtime. Often this dose needs to be increased depending on the response to symptoms. Estro500 can easily be applied twice daily. You can also apply directly to the outer edge and inside the vagina.

Does Estro500 irritate the skin?

It is a cosmetic product and actually helps the skin. However, some people can develop a redness or irritation if the cream is always applied to the same area. It is best to rotate skin sites to minimize skin irritation.
