*Important* - Regarding Unopposed Estrogens:
Estrogens of any type should ALWAYS be used in conjunction with progesterone. Do not take or use any estrogen product unless it is “opposed” by a progesterone product.
What are the ingredients in Estro500?
There
are two active ingredients: estriol and estradiol. Each pump contains
approximately 1.0 mg of combined bio-identical human estrogens. 80% (or
0.8 mg) is estriol and 20% (0.2 mg) is estradiol. Estradiol is several
times more potent than estriol.
What is airless dispenser?
This
is very similar to the popular liquid soap dispensers. Just press down
on the pump and out comes a pre-measured amount that dispenses the same
amount each time. It is no mess and much easier to use than the old
jars we used to have.
How many doses in an airless dispenser of Estro500?
One airless pump dispenser delivers approximately 80 pumps. At two pumps/night, this is enough for a 40 day supply.
How often should I take Estro500?
Apply
two pumps to a clean, dry area of skin at bedtime. Often this dose needs to be
increased depending on the response to symptoms. Estro500 can easily be
applied twice daily. You can also apply directly to the outer edge and
inside the vagina.
Does Estro500 irritate the skin?
It
is a cosmetic product and actually helps the skin. However, some people
can develop a redness or irritation if the cream is always applied to
the same area. It is best to rotate skin sites to minimize skin
irritation.
