Other Ingredients:
Gelatin (capsule), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.

Suggested Usage:
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily as needed.  Take between meals or at bedtime with a carbohydrate drink to facilitate absorption.

Contains no:
sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk egg, shellfish or preservatives.

Warning:
This supplement should be avoided by persons with glaucoma or herpes simplex unless otherwise prescribed by a physician.  Do not use if you have had a myocardial infarction or have established coronary artery disease.Pregnant or lactating women, diabetics, hypoglycemics, and people with known medical conditions and/or people who are taking drugs should consult with a licensed physician and/or pharmacist prior to taking dietary supplements. They might cause gastrointestinal upset in some people. If you experience discomfort, discontinue use. Do not use if shrink wrap is broken or missing.
